On 1/13/22, Maryland will publish regulations for Home Visiting Services. Detailed within these regulations will be qualifications, scope, and relevant information for Home Visiting Organizations.

Provider Enrollment Resources
All Home Visiting Services providers must be enrolled with Maryland Medicaid's electronic Provider Revalidation and Enrollment Portal (ePREP). ePREP is the one-stop shop for provider enrollment, re-enrollment, revalidation, information updates and demographic changes.
There will be two ePREP trainings for HVS providers in January, one for programs based in Local Health Departments (LHD), and one for non-LHD programs. More information will be posted closer to the events. They will be recorded and posted here.

Once enrolled in ePREP, providers use eMedicaid to submit claims for reimbursement. More information and billing tutorials can be found on the eMedicaid website.
