These charts are a starting point for a discussion with your health care provider about what you can do to prevent certain diseases and keep healthy. Depending on your personal medical and family history, you can decide which activities and tests are right for you.

Know HIV test result regardless of risk.
Both partners should get tested for STIs, before initiating sexual intercourse
Every year if you have multiple partners or partner with STI
Immunizations
Influenza (seasonal flu)
Yearly
Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR),
Varicella (chickenpox),
Hepatitis A, B
Discuss with health care provider
Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) booster
Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis,
Td 10 years

Human papilloma virus (HPV)
Three doses within six months (age 9-26)
