Notice of Proposed Action

The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene proposes to amend Regulation .05 under COMAR10.07.02 Comprehensive Care Facilities and Extended Care Facilities.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to add the requirement that the Department conduct a site visit and survey of each licensed nursing home at least once per year.

There is no corresponding federal standard to this proposed action.

The proposed action has no economic impact.
