Notice of Proposed Action

The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene proposes to amend Regulation .05 under COMAR 10.07.03 Health Care Staff Agencies.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to remove an obsolete reference to a fee that has been deleted from the regulations as of August 29, 2016 (see 43:17 Md. R. 953 (August 19, 2016)). This amendment makes it clear that there is not a fee for a renewal.

There is no corresponding federal standard to this proposed action.
