School Immunizations

Please plan ahead and work with your child's healthcare provider to be sure they are up to date with all of the required vaccinations. Your child will not be able to attend school in the fall unless written documentation is provided to the school before the first day of school.

If you have any questions about which immunizations are required for your student, please call your child's healthcare provider, the school nurse, or your local health department.

Immunization Schedules:

IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2021 - 2022 SCHOOL YEAR

(for all students attending school including pre-school):

Two (2) doses of varicella (chicken pox) vaccine are required for all students entering Kindergarten, through the 7th Grade
A single dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and aceullular pertussis) vaccine is required for all students entering 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.
A single dose of MCV4 (meningitis) vaccine is required for all students entering 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade.
