Notice of Proposed Action

The Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene proposes to amend Regulation .05 under COMAR 10.22.10 Behavior Support Services Program Service Plan.
Statement of Purpose
The purpose of this action is to allow a licensed behavior analyst to provide applied behavior analysis services to individuals served by the Developmental Disabilities Administration.

There is no corresponding federal standard to this proposed action.

The proposed action has no economic impact.
