IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: POTENTIAL DELAYS IN ISSUANCE OF LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS

The Governor appointed a new Secretary of the Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene to replace former Secretary John Colmers. Effective January 12, 2011, the State Agencies may no longer use printed license and registrations preprinted with the name of the former Secretary. Accordingly, until the new preprinted forms are received from the State contract printer, all issuances are held in abeyance. As soon as we have a timeline update, we will post it on this website. We apologize for this unanticipated inconvenience.
