Maryland Healthy Smile Dental Program (Healthy Smiles)
The Maryland Healthy Smiles Dental Program ('Healthy Smiles') provides coverage for children under the age of 21, former foster care recipients under the age of 26, pregnant women 21 years of age and older, and adults enrolled in the Rare and Expensive Case Management (REM) program. SKYGEN USA, LLC (Formally Scion Dental) administers the Maryland Healthy Smiles Dental Program.
