RICA-Baltimore offers a day treatment program for adolescents between the ages of 12 and 21 who have been certified as emotionally handicapped and who exhibit many of the same problems as our residential population but are able to live at home or in a community setting. Referrals are made by the Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) via central screening committees or central admission, review and dismissal (CARD) committees.
